Bone of my Bones
Bone of My Bones is a profound and empowering exploration of womanhood, marriage, and divine purpose. Drawing on scripture, personal testimony, and years of prayerful reflection, Gonzalez uncovers the biblical origins and spiritual significance of being a “help meet”—a partner uniquely crafted by God, not from dust, but from the very bones of man.
Using storytelling and biblical analysis to show how the five functions of the skeletal system—structural support, movement, protection, life-giving production, and storage—reflect the God-given roles of a wife, Gonzalez demonstrates how science, faith, and wisdom combine to help women embrace their strength and vital place as active, indispensable agents in God’s plan for marriage and family.
Readers of all backgrounds will find inspiration to embrace their God-given roles and deepen their relationships. Bone of My Bones serves as a guide to discovering the strength, wisdom, and grace necessary to fulfill their calling and purpose.
